Room was clean, good size and being able to control heating all plusses. Bed was comfortably. Good value hotel for the money. .Was there for work, reception closed from 7pm till 9:30am (to be fair it was winter hours) so not much contact with staff. Shower pressure was pretty low in room and don't think it ever got past lukewarm.

good value staybeen there with my partner for 3 nights in the standard double room. the room met our expectations as it's nothing more or nothing less than what's advertised. all covid-19 regulations in place were met and everyone was working towards it. staff was very nice and always available.everything met our expectations.

Great wee hotel right on the Loch. Right next to the Exhibition too. Lovely cafe and great staff. We got an amazing deal so keep your eyes peeled for them. The reception staff were great, the cafe staff were helpful and talkative and the bar staff were spot on. Can't fault the place. The rooms were spot on too, comfy bed, decent TV and a selection of drinks with the kettle.
