This was the third time visiting the Clansman. The staff and rooms were lovely. This time was a little different in that the toilet was not working (apparently several need work) it took at least 10 mins for the shower water to heat up and we weren’t able to have dinner because Chef had something on. But they provided soup and sandwiches plus a cheese board which was very good. So while a few hiccups it was still a nice visit. Plus since we’re had been before we knew this was not the norm. We will be back.

The hotel rooms are being updated, our room had recently been done and was very nice. The room was compact, very clean and had all we needed. The evening meal and breakfast was excellent, the chef is very good 👍. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Great location overlooking Loch Ness with a Loch cruise to Urquhart Castle across the road. I would highly recommend this place.

We didn't stay here, but met here for a cruise of the Loch. The guy helping in the parking lot was so helpful and the girls upstairs at the cafe were wonderful. We had a flat tire and the guy helped up call for help and tried to reinflate it himself. AA showed up right after we ordered. The girls ran the food down to us packed to go!

Stopped for food amazing service. Food tasted great good value for money! Met the owners so humble happy to answer any questions, even shared pictures of Nessy! I’m a believer now. Got left behind on a tour staff Jeffery Aly and the lovely lady in the gift shop went out of their way to help us get back on the bus! Would definitely visit again.❤️🏴

The Clansman is a lovely hotel on the edge of Loch Ness. The staff were super friendly and very pleasant. The room was very nice, we opted for one with a balcony overlooking the Loch. The Restaurant overlooks the Loch too offering stunning views while you dine. The food was exceptionally good & extremely tasty. We had Vegan & Vegetarian food and it did not disappoint. Top marks to the team. The Vegetarian breakfast was delicious too. I will definately be choosing to stay at the Clansman again & I thoroughly recommend it

An absolutely stunning view of Loch Ness , The clansman hotel is the Jewel of the area , The amazing service we received after we arrived was outstanding !! Anu and his staff were amazing and catered for our every need. The food was exceptional and the rooms were very clean with lots of little touches to make it feel extra special . The gift shop and it’s friendly staff was well equipped for any traveller and tourist alike , nothing was too much trouble and the artist Jon selling his wonderful art in the lobby … gelato stand was amazing and the view of Loch Ness whilst eating in the restaurant or having a drink at the bar was breathtaking !!!! If you book this hotel you will not be disappointed…. Thank you clansman staff we will be back again ❤️❤️
