Beautiful, peaceful and clean hotel. They had everything we needed. Wait staff, cleaning crew and some of the receptionist were absolutely lovely!! One receptionist had a little attitude with my 73 year old mother, but the rest were very welcoming. Concierge and hostess were helpful, but unwelcoming to us common folk. They were more welcoming and accommodating to the country club type and golfers. I understand their priorities are special events which include special guests. However, if the common person is spending their money to be there I expect the same treatment. Pam at the spa was the most helpful of all. She worked so very hard with me trying to organize treatments via email from the US. However, several days and emails of trying to accommodate to our schedule the masseuse was injured and could not provide the services most needed. She tried her best to get through my pedicure and didn’t charge for either massage which I sincerely appreciate. Another or backup masseuse would have been fantastic, arrangements at another spa close by or even someone staying after hours to pick up the slack would have been most appreciated. All around five stars though. I do recommend especially if you’re a golfer and for weddings.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Kingsmills Hotel. It was quiet, had parking and you could still walk to downtown. Their staff was helpful - they gave great recommendations on food. I would have loved to have checked out the pool. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. They had wonderful shower products too. Good eggs Benedict for breakfast. The food at the restaurant was great too!

The hotel was beautiful and they helped up celebrate a friend's birthday while we were there. Our party of 12 enjoyed cocktail hour prior to our three course dinner and birthday cake. We loved the hotel. Every day, there was space available for our party of 12 to sit together so we could share with the group how the guys golfed and where the gals adventured over cocktails.

Absolutely fantastic day, myself and my mother were gifted a Duo spa voucher. Everything was perfect, staff were amazing facilities were fantastic. A big thank you to Pam for helping us so much as we had to change a few dates. Girls in the spa were amazing with our massages. We are already looking to book another trip with an overnight stay 😃

The staff were so friendly and efficient. When they found out it was our wedding anniversary, they came at the end with a little extra dessert, with Happy Anniversary written on it. We were so very touched and delighted, by this thoughtfulness. The food was delicious. Highly recommend The Kingsmills Hotel.

I was there for a meeting so no rooms used. The bar and conservatory area was really nice, comfortable chairs and staff attentive and friendly. We had teas and coffees and were left to have our meeting/ discussion in peace. Would certainly return on another day for lunch which looked lovely as saw orders being served. Nice grounds from what I could see. Easily found, good parking and access to Inverness if your holidaying there.
